Do you handle backflow testing and certification for the City of Atlanta?
Yes. We are certified to test and repair backflow prevention assemblies and file the paperwork with the City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management, DeKalb County, Fulton County, Cobb, Gwinnett, Henry, and Clayton. Annual testing is required on most commercial properties. We track your due date, schedule the test, do any repairs the same visit if we can, and file the test report so you stay compliant.
How often does a commercial grease trap need pumping?
Most Metro Atlanta jurisdictions require pumping at least every 90 days for full-service restaurants, more often for high-volume kitchens. The actual right interval depends on the size of the trap, what you cook, and how much volume you push through. We size the schedule to your operation so you stay ahead of the inspector and you never put your kitchen at risk of a backup at the worst possible moment.
Can you do plumbing work after hours so we do not have to close?
Yes, and a lot of our restaurant and retail customers prefer it. Overnight, early morning, and weekend windows let us replace water heaters, repipe a section, swap fixtures, or work on the main without disrupting business. There is no overtime charge for emergency calls. Scheduled after-hours projects are quoted with the time window built into the flat rate.
Do you carry general liability insurance and provide COIs?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers comp coverage and will send a certificate of insurance to your property manager, landlord, or corporate office before the first visit. Additional insured endorsements are no problem. Tell us what your building requires and we will get the paperwork over before we mobilize.
Are your commercial plumbers licensed in Georgia?
Every tech on a commercial job works under our Master Plumber license (MP209550) and company license (J102723), with our own master plumber on staff. We pull permits in our name, coordinate inspections, and stand behind the work. We do not subcontract commercial plumbing to outside crews.
Can you do a full repipe on an occupied office or apartment building?
Yes. We have done copper-to-PEX repipes on apartment complexes, medical offices, and historic buildings while the tenants stayed in place. The trick is sequencing: small sections at a time, careful protection of finishes, and clear communication with tenants about when their unit will be down. We can give you a phased plan and a fixed price for the whole project.
Do you offer maintenance plans for property managers?
Yes. A preventive plan typically includes quarterly walk-throughs, scheduled backflow and grease trap work, water heater inspections, and priority response on emergency calls. The goal is to flag problems while they are small and stop the 3 a.m. burst supply line before it happens. We tailor the scope and price to the size of your portfolio.
How quickly can you respond to a commercial plumbing emergency?
Most of Metro Atlanta is within an hour of our Stockbridge shop. Emergency dispatch is 24/7 with a live person, not a callback. For commercial accounts on file we keep your building information, gate codes, and contact list in the dispatch system so we are not asking you for it while water is spraying. Most emergencies get a truck on site in 60 to 90 minutes.
Can you handle a sewer or storm drain main repair on a commercial site?
Yes. We do hydro-jetting for restaurant grease lines, camera inspection for blockages and root intrusion, trenchless repair on commercial sewer mains where we can, and traditional excavation when we have to. We coordinate the dig with your property manager, mark and protect utilities, and pull the right permits with the county and the city.
