Our background-checked Atlanta tankless technicians arrive on time, explain every job upfront, and back their work with a warranty. No surprise charges. No shortcuts. Just honest tankless service from a company Metro Atlanta homeowners have trusted since 1974.
A tankless system done right gives you endless hot water, frees up a closet or garage corner, runs 24 to 35 percent more energy-efficient than a tank, and typically lasts longer (20 plus years versus 8 to 12 for a traditional tank). A tankless system done wrong gives you fluctuating temperatures, weak shower flow, and a unit that locks out on cold mornings. The install matters as much as the unit.
We evaluate gas supply, electrical capacity, venting path, and your real hot water demand before we recommend a unit and a model size. If tankless is not the right fit for your home, we tell you that up front and walk you through a high-recovery tank option instead. Flat-rate written quotes. Financing from $52.94 a month. Licensed in Georgia (J102723 / MP209550).

Our licensed Atlanta technicians evaluate gas supply, venting, and real hot water demand before we recommend a unit, so the system you buy actually performs the way the brochure says.
Evaluate
We walk through your home and review real hot water demand, current gas or electrical service, existing vent path, and code requirements. You get a written recommendation.
Install
We pull the permit, remove the old tank if it is a conversion, run new gas line or electrical if needed, install the tankless unit, run stainless venting per spec, and connect water lines.
Commission
We pressure-test the gas line, fire the unit, check temperature rise at multiple fixtures, and verify flow rate. Every install is registered with the manufacturer in your name.

Have Questions?
Everything you need to know about tankless water heaters and plumbing services at Delta Plumbing.
For a lot of Atlanta homes, yes, but not all of them. Tankless makes the most sense when you have multiple bathrooms running at the same time, an older tank that is failing anyway, high hot water demand, or limited utility room space. Energy savings of 24 to 35 percent over a tank, longer service life (20 plus years), and endless hot water add up over time. For a single bathroom home with one or two people, the payback is slower and a high-recovery tank can be a better value.
Properly installed and maintained, 20 plus years is reasonable. Some units run 25 plus. A traditional tank usually lasts 8 to 12 years in Metro Atlanta water. The longer service life is a big part of why tankless can pencil out on total cost over time even when the upfront install costs more.
Only if it is sized correctly for your home. A unit that is too small for your peak demand will lower the temperature or limit flow when too many fixtures run at once. The classic mistake is putting a single mid-size tankless in a four-bathroom home and finding out on Christmas morning that it cannot do two showers and a dishwasher at the same time. We size to your real peak demand, not to a brochure number.
Often, yes. Most residential gas lines are sized for a 40,000 BTU tank water heater. A whole-home gas tankless typically needs 150,000 to 199,000 BTU, which means a larger gas line from the meter to the unit. We check this during the site walk. If an upgrade is needed, it is included in the written quote so you see the real total cost before you decide.
A straight tankless replacement (tankless to tankless, same fuel) is usually a same-day job. A tank-to-tankless conversion is typically one day, sometimes two if gas line work or significant venting is needed. We give you a real timeline before we start.
Yes. Annual descaling is the big one. Atlanta water has enough mineral content that scale builds up on the heat exchanger over time, and a scaled unit lowers efficiency and can lock out. A maintenance visit, which is short and clean, keeps the warranty intact and keeps the unit running like new. We can set up a yearly reminder.
Rinnai, Rheem, Noritz, Bosch, Navien, and A.O. Smith are the most common. We service warranty work on all of them. We have strong opinions about which model fits which house, and we are happy to walk you through them. We do not push one brand because of a contractor incentive.
Usually, yes. Tankless units are much smaller than tanks and can mount on the wall where the tank used to sit, freeing up most of the closet. Venting and gas line may need to be rerouted. We handle all of that.
Yes. Tankless water heater installs require a plumbing permit and often a gas permit in most Metro Atlanta jurisdictions. We pull the permit, schedule the inspection, and make sure the install passes. We do not skip this step. Permits protect you on resale and on insurance claims.
