Where do I find the language regarding my Interest Free Promotion?
Depending on your state, the interest free promotion will be listed in one of two places. It will either be on the last page of the retail installment contract under “Promotional Period Offer” or on the Addendum to the retail installment contract. Having trouble locating it? How do I make a payment?
You may send in your payment with your monthly pre-printed coupon, use the secure online borrower portal, or contact the billing department (866-254-0497 option 4) during regular business hours.
When is my first payment due?
The billing account is created after the installation work is complete. Your first payment will be due 30 days after the installation is complete, and your first monthly statement will arrive by US Mail approximately 18 days after the work is completed.
